SMS Messaging Policy

Last updated: August 3, 2026

This SMS Policy describes how The Grizzly Den uses text messages related to HERS testing projects, scheduling, document requests, and account notifications. By opting in during signup or later in your profile, you consent to receive SMS messages as described below.

Program description

Messages may include project status updates, scheduling confirmations, links to view documents or complete requested actions, and support follow-ups. Message frequency varies based on your project activity.

Opt-in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box when creating a portal account (or by updating consent in your profile when available). Providing a mobile number and completing opt-in constitutes your agreement to receive SMS messages from The Grizzly Den at that number.

Opt-out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You may opt back in later by following instructions we provide or updating your preferences in the portal.

Help

For help, text HELP or contact us through the portal Support page.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Compatible carriers include major U.S. wireless providers; delivery is not guaranteed on all networks.

Privacy

We do not sell your phone number. Phone numbers and SMS content are used to deliver service messages and improve reliability. For broader data practices, see our Privacy Policy.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

Consent to receive SMS is required to create a portal account under our current signup flow so we can communicate about active projects. You may still contact us through other channels for support. If you need an exception, contact Support.
